“Feeling cheated, I quickly opted to move to some empty seats closer and with a better view, and after a few minutes’ seats that were closer still. In doing so I became somewhat of a revolutionary, preaching my ideas of the shows worth being incumbent on actually being able to see. This was a foreign idea to our English fellow audience members who are used to having assigned seats even in a movie theater (a notion I still can’t get used to) but they quickly responded and soon we saw the trickle of them making their was down as well. I felt like Che in the smallest sense of what his name has come to represent…namely t-shirt sales”

“What began as comments in almost drunken innocence erupted into drunken aggression and racism on one train. A fight began to ensue and could have gotten quite bad except for the confined space of it all. The aggressive party couldn’t actually get through the mass of sardine-packed-people to fight the others. Even if they could, the sheer confines of said people would have prevented any punches from being thrown. So instead they exchanged their vulgarities in alcohol soaked and strained throats.”

“…what’s the worst that could happen? We can always have someone wire us money or something” I said as enthusiastic as I could muster. To be honest though I really had no idea what we would do when we got off the train. We had to pay our hotel upon arrival, and if anything, I mean anything, went wrong we could really be in a bad place. After all we didn’t even have enough money to buy a Coke…”
